Matthew Coulter was our real estate agent during our house hunting last June. We really had limited time to find the perfect home and limited options regarding location and price. It was a stressful time but somehow Matthew made it more than tolerable with his friendly and easygoing nature. He never minded sacrificing his after work hours for viewing many many houses, never ceased to amaze us with his funny and hopeful reproach after a number of disappointments. Eventually we found our home and are really thankful for his support during the process. If the need arises we definitely like to work with him again.

Thank goodness for Matt Coulter, our Real Estate Agent, who provided us with daily listings reflecting the scope of what was available within the parameters of what we were looking for. Matt accompanied us to all property viewings and was able to communicate with those properties to get our questions answered expediently.
